The technology and encryption support secure online transactions. Customers must provide full and accurate information. All information provided to us will be treated in confidence. Any new features or tools which are added to our website shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. You can review the most current version of the terms and conditions at any time on our website. We reserve the right to update, change and replace any part of our Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continuous use and access to our website constitute your acceptance of those changes.
Amendment in Services or Prices
Prices of our products are subject to change without notice. The prices and shipping charges shown while placing an online order do not include any duties/ levies for any country. Articles offered on the website are subject to availability at the time of placing your order. Idrees Leather reserves the right to alter or discontinue any service (or any part of content thereof) without notice.
Deliveries
Domestic:
We will endeavor to deliver all orders within a 2 to 7 working days for deliveries within Pakistan. If you are using the cash-on-delivery (COD) method for delivery in Pakistan, it is mandatory that you please pay the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery. As a part of our corporate policy. Should you require any further clarification, please write to us at Idrees Leather.
International:
For international orders, please allow up to a 4 to 13 working days for deliveries via courier. Any custom, excise, or other duties and levies (if applicable) are to be paid by the customer. If applicable, these charges would be in addition to the shipping charges mentioned on the website.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Idrees Leather strictly follows a No Refund policy. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged in any situation. However, an exchange may be allowed in exceptional cases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the item upon your request. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
○ Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice);
○ The items must not have been personalized;
○ Items must be unused, tags intact, and in their original Idrees Leather packaging;
In exchange. If you purchased items purchased from our retail store cannot be sent to us for exchange through courier. These items can be exchanged at our retail stores only.
The complaint must be raised within 3 working days after receiving the parcel along with the invoice via call or email. After reviewing the request, our Customer Support team will take around one week to process your claim.
- Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Cancellation must be intimated to our Team prior to processing. However, please note that once the order has been processed, Idrees Leather cannot cancel the order.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email containing the tracking information. Idrees Leather may also cancel orders for Any Reason, Such As:
○ Incomplete information;
○ No response from a customer for a query;
○ You have chosen ‘Online Bank Transfer’ as a method of payment but have not shared payment reference for more than 3 working days.
○ We may cancel one order if no response is received from your end.
- Currencies other than PKR
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees. However, if you are using the currency conversion provided on the website, please note that all currency conversions are estimated and may not necessarily be the exact price of an item. The final price of an item is converted from the prevailing US dollar exchange rate to the Pakistani Rupee.
Any bank charges/commission for currency conversion is charged additionally by the bank. These bank charges/commissions are third-party costs that are not the responsibility of Idrees Leather.
- Color Variation
We try our best to ensure that all color shown on our website are as close as possible to the actual product. However, there may be some differences in the leather shades due to minor variations as leather is a natural product or because colors seen by the customer vary from screen to screen due to the screen resolutions and/ or pixels.
